Old tennis racket stringer into a jewelry holder - yes!

32 down, 20 to go!!

Bought this cute top on final sale with one shoulder ideas in mind already. Finally decided it was time to finish the project. Please excuse the nasty nasty wrinkles on the top.

31 down, 21 to go!

This miniature wicker suitcase I found was awesome but had broken hinges and was too plain. So I painted it red and added white polka-dotted ribbon for hinges.

There are no before pictures because I forgot them..

30 down, 22 to go!!

From a recent clothing swap I scored awesome trouser jeans that were just too short. So I made them into shorts and made a clutch with the scraps. Voila!

29 down, 23 to go!!

Channeled by inner Marisa of NDAD and did some cutting to make a new look. Thought that this old time pajama dress looks great short as my new summer fav and that last summer’s gladiator sandals looks fresh without the ankle chains.

28 down, 24 to go!!

Inspired by Kate (of Will & Kate, yes) and all of her outfit changes during this tour they’re doing. I used a black headband because well I have black hair (and because I just found it in my room). Now if only I had somewhere to go where it’d be appropriate to wear this… I guess I could just wear it grocery shopping ;)

27 down, 25 to go!

Wanted to make this mass-produced dress subtly different and as if it were fate I remembered I had a couple yards of dainty, tea rose colored trim I bought at Mood. It got sewn around the bottom of the dress and voila!

26 down, 26 to go!!

Thought I wouldn’t get this done before baby Kaitlyn was born, but I was wrong - done with plenty of time to spare. I hope she’ll love the soft fuzzy front side and enjoy the bright neon color on the back side. First time I ever made something like this and it won’t be the last.

25 down, 27 to go!!

This is one of my thrifting finds that just had horrid lining filled with stains, rips and corners falling out. I found pretty gray polka-dotted fabric at a thrifting trip too and decided it would make for great lining replacement. Looks like I’m ready to pack up and travel!

24 down, 28 to go!!

Repurposed a bedskirt to make this sweet apron!
